I get constantly asked the same question, and now I shall answer it.
I've counted exactly 17 people who've asked me this same question, and yet I don't understand the need for them to have asked.
"What's the point of having tumblr or blogspot? How do you know people even look at it?"
The latter half of the question, I should explain now. There is no need for people to look or even have the slightest idea that you blog or tumblr daily,monthly or yearly. Perhaps it is the human need for attention that cause some to write for the sake of the general public, because shockingly, some people just blog like one has a diary. There is no need for others to view your tumblr or blogspot, people may find your entries pointless, others may read it everyday. But just to let you know, some people tumblr/blog for pure satisfaction; to keep a log of something new, an opinion...it is basically just expression.
If you, my friend write for others then continue to do so.
If you write for yourself, continue to do so.
If you are a viewer, continue to view so.
I don't mind if no one reads this post, and I appreciate those who do. But blogging just reminds me of who I am and what I did because online is forever.
For those who do not understand this, then it may be said, that you should not blog or tumblr for the sake of your anxious lives ;)
